The cannula is introduced by invisible micro-incisions in the long term.<\/p>\n<p>Then, the fat is passed to the centrifuge in order to obtain fat without impurities, which is reinjected in the buttock area thanks to thin cannulae.<\/p>\n<p>The skin closure is performed with resorbable sutures.<\/p>\n<p>A dressing modeling the buttocks is performed at the end of the procedure.<br \/>\n[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column_inner][\/vc_row_inner][vc_column_text el_class=&#8221;box__item_ancre&#8221; el_id=&#8221;after-surgery&#8221;]<\/p>\n<h2>What to expect after surgery<\/h2>\n<p>Pains relating to liposuction are variable according to the patients and the amount of fat extracted. Generally, pains are moderate (suggestive of \u201cstiffness\u201d). These ones are more significant in the extracted fatty cells areas, and are well soothed by analgesics.<\/p>\n<p>Ecchymosis (bruises) are classical and subside within 2 to 3 weeks after the operation. An oedema (swelling) is constant and of variable duration, gradually subsiding within a few months.<\/p>\n<p>The shower with a soft soap is possible the day following the procedure.<\/p>\n<p>Three preventive measures against phlebitis are established after the procedure: the affected leg elevated as well as the walk, the wearing of compression stockings and the daily injection of an anticoagulant (medicines which thin the blood) over 15 days.<\/p>\n<p>Patients are advised not to sit down and to lie down on their backs over fifteen days.
