If you wish a more significant increase of volume, the use of breast implants is recommended.<\/li>\n<li>Owing to the systematic resorption of one part of the fat graft (approximately 30 %), which can be different between both breasts, asymmetries of volume are possible and can require a secondary surgical revision a few months after the operation.<\/li>\n<li>A poor quality of the skin at the level of the fat reserves areas limits the possibilities relating to the removal of fat cells, owing to an increased risk of irregularities corresponding to the cutaneous surface (dimples, orange peel skin).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>[\/vc_column_text][vc_column_text el_class=&#8221;box__item_ancre&#8221; el_id=&#8221;breast-lipofilling&#8221;]<\/p>\n<h2>Good candidates for a breast lipofilling are those<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Wishing a bilateral and natural breast enlargement without implants.<\/li>\n<li>Wishing to correct an asymmetry of volume of their breasts.<\/li>\n<li>Having sufficient fat reserves at the level of the hips, the stomach and the thighs.<\/li>\n<li>Not having family or personal history of breast cancer.<\/li>\n<li>Having a normal pre-operative radiographic assessment (ultrasound and mammography \/ ACR1 or ACR2).<\/li>\n<li>To undergo a medical imaging assessment one year after the operation, if possible with the same radiologist, and to remain under regular medical supervision.<\/li>\n<li>And having understood the procedure limits.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>[\/vc_column_text][vc_column_text el_class=&#8221;box__item_ancre&#8221; el_id=&#8221;instructions&#8221;]<\/p>\n<h2>Pre-operative instructions<\/h2>\n<h3 id=\"common\">General pre-operative instructions relating to aesthetic surgery<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Smoking cessation 1 month before and after the procedure.<\/li>\n<li>Discontinuation of medicines which increase bleeding 10 days before and after the procedure: aspirin, anti-inflammatory and anticoagulant medicines, vitamin E.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3 id=\"specific\">Specific pre-operative instructions relating to the breast lipofilling<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>To be at your stable and ideal weight for 6 months at least.<\/li>\n<li>Discontinuation of oral contraception 1 month before the procedure in order to decrease the risk of thrombo-embolism (phlebitis and pulmonary embolism).<\/li>\n<li>To do an ultrasound and a mammography to return on the day of surgery.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>[\/vc_column_text][vc_row_inner el_class=&#8221;box__item_ancre&#8221; el_id=&#8221;procedure-stages&#8221;][vc_column_inner][vc_column_text el_id=&#8221;procedure-stages&#8221;]<\/p>\n<h2>Procedure stages<\/h2>\n<p>Pre-operative markings are performed by Dr. Petit before the operation.<\/p>\n<p>The operation is achieved under general anesthesia, with an out-patient basis (hospital discharge that very evening) or with hospitalization of one night at the clinic according to the cases.<\/p>\n<p>The operation starts with the liposuction located in the identified areas. The cannula is introduced by micro-incisions which are invisible ultimately.<\/p>\n<p>Then, the fat is passed to the centrifuge in order to obtain fat without impurities, which is reinjected at the level of the breasts thanks to thin cannulae.<\/p>\n<p>The cutaneous closure of the liposuction orifices is performed with resorbable sutures.<\/p>\n<p>A compression garment is set up in the treated areas at the end of the procedure.<br \/>\n[\/vc_column_text][vc_column_text]Des dessins pr\u00e9 op\u00e9ratoires sont r\u00e9alis\u00e9s avant l\u2019intervention. La canule utilis\u00e9e est introduite par des microincisions invisibles \u00e0 terme. Puis, la graisse est centrifug\u00e9e et r\u00e9inject\u00e9e au niveau des seins \u00e0 l\u2019aide de fines canules.<\/p>\n<p>La fermeture cutan\u00e9e des orifices de lipoaspiration est faite avec des fils r\u00e9sorbables. Un v\u00eatement de contention est mis en place au niveau des zones lipoaspir\u00e9es en fin d\u2019intervention. Celle-ci n\u00e9cessite une prise en charge en ambulatoire (sortie le soir m\u00eame) ou une hospitalisation d\u2019une nuit \u00e0 la clinique selon les cas.[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column_inner][\/vc_row_inner][vc_column_text el_class=&#8221;box__item_ancre&#8221; el_id=&#8221;after-surgery&#8221;]<\/p>\n<h2>What to expect after surgery<\/h2>\n<p>Pains relating to breast lipofilling surgery are variable according to the patients and the amount of fat extracted. Generally, they are moderate (suggestive of \u201cstiffness\u201d), more significant in the treated areas than in the breasts, and are well soothed by analgesics.<\/p>\n<p>Ecchymosis (bruises) are classical and subside within 2 to 3 weeks after the operation.
